Sara will learn your symptoms and how your mental health affects you. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is often indicated as this gives you true tools for the moment as you heal from the past at the same time.

Once you are feeling relief from your symptoms, this is where we begin to look forward. Solution-focused therapy allows you to have support as you begin to meet your goals. You will learn skills to connect with others in your life.
